This Privacy Policy explains how Extend Advertising ("we", "us"), a company registered in Cairo, Egypt, handles information collected through https://mail.yallabot.net/ and the YallaBot platform (the "Site").
It applies to people who browse the Site ("Visitors") and to businesses that subscribe to the platform and connect their own accounts to it ("Subscribers").
Personally Identifiable Information
Any information that identifies, or can be used to identify, contact or locate a person — including name, address, phone number, email address and billing details. It does not include information collected anonymously or aggregate statistics that cannot be linked back to an individual.
What information we collect
From Visitors we collect basic profile information. From Subscribers we additionally collect the account holder's name, business name, email address, phone number and the billing details needed to process a subscription. We also record login information such as IP address and browser type in order to secure accounts and diagnose faults.
How we use it
We use this information to operate the platform, to provide the features a Subscriber has enabled, to process subscription payments, to respond to support requests, and to notify account holders about service changes. We do not use it for any other purpose.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent, license, share or resell personal information or Platform Data to any third party. We do not use it for advertising, profiling, credit or eligibility decisions, or to train machine learning models. Each Subscriber's data is isolated from every other Subscriber's data, and one Subscriber can never see another Subscriber's data. Our revenue comes exclusively from subscription fees.
Service providers
We use a small number of processors strictly to run the service — hosting, email delivery and payment processing. They may access only what is required to perform that function on our behalf, and they are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We do not share information with advertising networks, data brokers or resellers.
Legal disclosure
We will disclose information where required to comply with a court order, a subpoena or a lawful request from a law enforcement agency, and where reasonably necessary to protect the safety of our users.
META PLATFORM DATA
YallaBot integrates with Meta Platforms — Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp — through Meta's official APIs. This section describes how we handle data obtained from those APIs ("Platform Data").
How we obtain it. Platform Data is obtained only after the owner of a Facebook Page, Instagram account, WhatsApp Business Account or Meta ad account explicitly connects that asset to their own YallaBot dashboard, using Facebook Login or Meta's Embedded Signup. We never request or store Facebook passwords, and we never access assets that have not been connected by their own admin.
What we obtain. Depending on the features a Subscriber enables: page and account names and IDs, access tokens, subscriber and conversation data from Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp, comments on the Subscriber's own posts, ad account and campaign performance data, and leads submitted through the Subscriber's own Lead Ads forms.
How we use it. Platform Data is used exclusively to deliver the features the Subscriber has enabled in their own dashboard. It is never sold, rented, shared or resold, never used for advertising or profiling, and never used to train machine learning models.
Retention and deletion. Platform Data is retained only while the Subscriber keeps the corresponding asset connected. Disconnecting an asset, or deleting the YallaBot account, removes the associated Platform Data from our systems.
How to delete your data
You can request deletion of your data at any time in either of these ways:
1. Email us at support@yallabot.net from the address registered on your account, stating that you want your data deleted.
2. Remove the YallaBot app from your Facebook account settings. This triggers our Data Deletion Callback and deletes the associated data automatically.
Requests are actioned within 30 days. Because of backups and deletion records it may be impossible to remove every residual trace immediately, but data marked for deletion is functionally deleted and is never used again for any purpose.
Correcting your information
Subscribers can update most details directly in their dashboard. For anything that cannot be changed there, email support@yallabot.net and we will correct it.
How information is stored and secured
Information is stored on secured servers and is accessible only to the limited number of staff who need it to operate the service. Access is password protected and reviewed periodically. Sensitive data in transit is protected by encryption. While we take commercially reasonable measures to keep the Site secure, no electronic system can be guaranteed against errors, tampering or intrusion, and we cannot warrant that such events will never occur.
We use cookies to keep you signed in, to remember your preferences, and for security — for example, logging an inactive session out automatically. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.
Changes to this policy
We will post any change to this policy on this page and update the date at the top. If a change would affect how previously collected information is disclosed, we will contact affected account holders before it takes effect.
